Shipment processing times
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay of more than 5 business days in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You have the right to cancel the order and request a refund of the purchase price if there is a significant delay.
The courier company shall not be liable to any party for any actual or alleged: indirect or consequential damage or loss arising from breach of contract, tort or otherwise; or any loss of profits, anticipated profits, anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or loss of business or opportunity, whether such losses are direct or indirect.
If the courier is unable to start or continue with carriage of the shipper’s shipment for a reason beyond its control, the courier company will not be in breach of its agreement with the shipper but will take all steps that are reasonably practicable in the circumstances to commence or continue the carriage. Examples of events beyond the courier companies control are disruption to air or ground transportation due to bad weather, fire, flood, war, hostilities, civil disturbance, acts of government or other authorities (including, without limitation, customs), labour disputes or obligations affecting the courier company or some other party, delays in customs clearance and/or delays or other issues arising out of or otherwise related to the UK ceasing to be a member of the EU.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping method: Express & Standard
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days from point of order.
Shipment cost: Standard £3.99/Express £5.99
For orders going outside of the UK, a shipping rate will be advised accordingly.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking
number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
eStar Truck and Van Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
eStar Truck and Van Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping or any expense you incur as a result of this occurrence. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where the shipment is presented to the courier for carriage.
Clearance Items
Prices may adjust on clearance items. Please allow 3 days for shipping.
